I joined Hatmill in 2021 with over 20 years’ experience improving commercial, operational and supply chain performance in different industry sectors. Most recently, at Royal Mail, I was Programme Manager for the strategic design activity and deployment plan for a high value automated parcel hub.

I have always enjoyed talking first-hand to those directly impacted by any change, to help build a complete picture. Fully understanding the reality provides valuable insight and helps the successful deployment of improvements. This approach has consistently helped me to successfully turn business strategy into cross-functional plans that deliver measurable commercial benefits.

Highlights include:
• Leading on a transformation programme that delivered over £25m of additional revenue through the redesign and digitisation of customer payment processes
• Developing a new collections process with a strategic supplier to improve network access for customers
• Reengineering a business intelligence function to increase flexibility and improve insight, whilst delivering c.£10m per year in savings
