I’ve worked as an associate to the Hatmill team since January 2021 helping to deliver critical bids.  With over 10 years of client-facing, sales and business development experience I bring expertise and hands-on support to the work-winning process.

My sales experience builds upon a background in manufacturing engineering where I delivered many complex projects in the automotive, pharmaceutical, food and chemicals industries.

Having worked at a senior sales director level in a major global engineering consultancy, I have identified, bid for and won a huge variety of work in the private and public sectors.

Now I bring the benefit of this experience to the Hatmill team, tailored to each opportunity as needed.  Speak to me with any queries about bids, work-winning and sales strategy.

I have had the pleasure of working with Richard across the prospect life cycle, from capture planning through to successful award. He has a natural ability to motivate and lead bid teams, and is always client-focused.
