I joined Hatmill in 2021 following 20 years’ experience consultancy in operations and supply chain across a variety of sectors, including food and pharmaceuticals. After speaking with the Hatmill team I sensed a fresh approach to consultancy and dealing with client needs. Once the opportunity came along to work with Hatmill it was one that I did not want to miss out on.
My background and experience have been gained across 20 years of executing successful projects and interim roles within distribution and manufacturing. My consultancy experience started with a distribution centre build out programme for Premier Foods in Norfolk. This was a great project to be involved in as it provided me with an insight into managing teams and project plans to achieve the targets. This was a very successful piece of work which took nine months to complete and as a result, I was asked to manage the refurbishment of their distribution centre in Wisbech.
After Premier Foods, I worked on a variety of projects for DHL achieving £250k productivity gains, Martin Baker Group delivering a work tracking system and planning tools, Lear Group, £450k in savings and 60% decrease in line stoppages.
I have recently completed successful projects for Amazon, Kuehne Nagel and Coveris. My focus now is supporting Hatmill to become even more successful by delivering quality work for our client base.
