During my 20+ year career I have worked in end to end supply chain management in industries including manufacturing, builders merchanting, retail, FMCG, third-party logistics and management consulting. My time working as a consultant for PwC was pivotal in my career evolving into project management and I have worked as a contractor since 2009.
The types of projects I have managed vary from business integration and change management to IT system selection and implementation. I have substantial experience in devising and delivering comprehensive change programmes and management of all the associated process reviews, risk reviews, stakeholder management and communications programmes. I can effectively build and work with teams to devise, drive and deliver sustainable change and I possess strong relationship-building skills, tenacity and the ability to rapidly establish credibility and communicate effectively across the organisation.
My particular areas of interest are in demand planning and inventory management and my career history incorporates several instances of setting up and delivering stock reduction programmes, excess stock reduction, forecasting process improvement and inventory budgeting programmes.
